My name is Bobby Bear and I am the mascot for the Saints Disabled Supporters’ Association.

I was kindly donated by those nice people at Build-A-Bear Workshop in Southampton and I became a fully-fledged member of the SDSA in September 2018 and proudly wear my membership badge.  Have you got yours yet?

I was fittingly named after the Saints Legend, Bobby Stokes RIP, who scored that memorable goal to help Saints lift the FA Cup in 1976.

My first game was Saints’ thrilling 3-2 home win against Arsenal in the 2018/19 season which ended their 22-game unbeaten streak.  Our main striker, Danny Ings twice gave the Saints the lead only for two Henrikh Mkhitaryan goals to get Arsenal back on level terms, but Charlie Austin headed home a late winner to hand the boss, Ralph Hasenhuttl, his first win since his arrival at the club.  What a game!!

I might be one of the smallest Saints fans, standing at 38 centimetres and weighing 198 grams but I plan to be one of the most travelled.  I hope to go to many of the Saints home and away games and I will try and take some pictures of my travels so keep an eye out on this website.  I would also love to see photos of your away trip travels, just send them to my friend Paul at [email protected]

Anyway, here’s to enjoying many more Saints games home and away – Come on you Saints!!
