Match Day Tickets and the move to Digital Ticketing

As your Saints Disabled Supporters’ Association, we want to share important information from Southampton FC regarding upcoming changes to their ticketing system. The club has informed us that they will be implementing the new digital ticketing system for our match day tickets, and we want to ensure all our members are aware of these changes.

The Club’s New Digital Ticketing System

Southampton FC has announced that from the 2025/26 season, they will be moving to a digital ticketing system. Here’s what the club has told us:

  • Match tickets will be primarily distributed through their digital platform
  • Supporters will need to use the ‘Saints Tickets’ app on a smartphone
  • Either disabled supporters or their personal assistants can manage the digital tickets
  • The club will continue to provide paper tickets during the transition period for those without smartphone access
  • Digital-only ticketing will become mandatory from the 2026/27 season

What You Need to Do

According to the club, supporters will need to:

  1. Ensure we have your current email address – we will send information on how to update this shortly.
  2. Download the ‘Saints Tickets’ app here – Apple App Store (IOS), or Google Play Store (Android).
  3. Log in to the app using your registered email address with club which is the same email address we have for you.

Our Role as Your Association

As your Saints Disabled Supporters’ Association, we will:

  • Continue to purchase tickets for our supported members as usual
  • Help share information and updates from the club about these changes
  • Advocate for our members’ needs during this transition
  • We will update our match day ticket guide to take into account these changes
  • We will do our best to help where we can individula cases where this is becoming a problem.

However, please note that all technical support and specific ticketing queries will need to be directed to Southampton FC’s supporter services team, as they will be managing the digital ticketing system.

The club has informed us they will provide:

  • A comprehensive guide about Digital Ticketing.
  • Direct support through their supporter services team
  • Assistance for those needing help with the transition – including FAQ’s

Important Note About Support

While we’re here to help our members understand these changes, please note that:

  • All technical issues will need to be resolved directly with Southampton FC
  • Questions about the digital ticketing system should be directed to the club’s supporter services team
  • The club will be sending important information directly to registered email addresses
