Season Ticket Allocation Process for SDSA Disabled Supporters

We’re excited to welcome you back to St. Mary’s for the upcoming Saints home games! Here’s everything you need to know about how the SDSA allocates tickets for disabled supporters and what to expect:

Ticket Offers and Responses

Tickets are sent out on a rota basis

As an SDSA member, you will receive a text message offering you tickets for the upcoming Saints home game. Please respond with a yes or no within 12 hours of receiving the message. Your prompt response helps us allocate tickets as fairly and efficiently as possible.

If you do not respond within the 12-hour window, you will be moved to the bottom of the waiting list for that match. Please ensure that your contact details are up to date to avoid missing out on offers!

Ticket Allocation Process

The tickets you receive are part of those purchased by the SDSA for each home game. Tickets are allocated on a strict rota to ensure fairness, and it is not possible to request tickets for specific games. If you would like additional tickets beyond those allocated to you, we will do our best to assist, but typically we are limited to the two tickets we allocate. If the Southampton FC ticket office can provide an extra ticket, this will need to be arranged and paid for directly with them.

Ticket Delivery and Collection

After you confirm your tickets, they will be sent out to the address we have on file for you via Southampton FC’s ticket office. However, if the game is approaching quickly and there isn’t enough time to mail the tickets, you’ll need to collect them from the Southampton FC ticket office on match day.

Please note: Supporters will find the NEW Ticket Office situated beside the Saints Store, near the Family Zone

Our tickets are situated in Blocks 5 (Wheelchairs), 9, and 10.

Keep an eye out for your confirmation so you know where your tickets are coming from!

Car Park Access

Car Parking is in the North Car Park near the Northam Fan Zone and accessed via Britannia Road. If your ticket includes wheelchair access with a parking spot, your name will be placed on the gate at the parking area or a Parking Permit will be mailed to you with your tickets. The attendant will then direct you to the appropriate space when you arrive on match day.

In Case of Issues

Once your tickets have been sent out, if any issues arise, please contact Southampton FC ticket office on 02381 780 780 or Southampton Supporter Services on 02380 711 980 directly. The SDSA team will not be able to assist on the day of the game due to our own commitments. It’s essential to handle any concerns before match day so you can have a stress-free experience.

Enjoy the Game!

We hope you have an amazing time supporting the Saints and, of course, that we come away with the 3 points! Thank you for being part of the SDSA community, and we look forward to seeing you at the game.

Make sure your contact details are up to date and that you respond promptly to your ticket offers! We want to ensure everyone has a chance to enjoy the match in the best way possible.
