Return to St Mary’s Stage 1

Saints have started to arrange the return of supporters to St Mary’s, although no date for return has been decided, and it will depend on Premier League and Government guidance.

Initially, Saints require season ticket holders to login into their ticketing account by 4pm on Wednesday 23rd September to opt in or out of the ballot scheme for tickets IF supporters are allowed back during October and/or November. Details for games in December (and later) will be realised during November.

If you cannot access the online system you can call the Ticket Office on 023 8178 0780 between 10am and 4pm on Tuesday and Wednesday or visit the club’s ticketing representatives in the Stadium Megastore between 10am and 4pm.

If you opt out or are not successful in the ballot(s), you will get a refund for those games.

If you are classified as clinically vulnerable and are continuing to shield, or don’t feel comfortable returning to St Mary’s yet, you should select to opt-out.

If you decide to opt-in, you must agree to the Code of Conduct.

Successful season ticket holders may not get tickets for their normal seats.

We still don’t know what the options will be for disabled supporters that still want to opt-out if and when St Mary’s is back to normal capacity, but we will continue to have discussions with Saints to get the best outcome.
