Testwood Sailability

Testwood Lakes Sailability is based within the building of the 4th New Forest North (Eling) Sea Scouts headquarters in Totton and was launched in 2016 after many years of fundraising for a wheelchair accessible pontoon.

Solent Boccia

Team Solent Boccia has gone a long way in a short space of time. Our players have been very successful individually in the categories they compete in at various competitions throughout the season. We train together as a team every week and are looking to play as a squad. We are looking for new team members to come and join our team and have some fun.

Solent Wheelchair Rugby

Team Solent Sharks is an exciting wheelchair rugby club bringing the Paralympic legacy to life at Solent University. This intense and exhilarating full contact sport combines elements of rugby, basketball and handball and is played in mixed teams. Training sessions are regularly attended by over a dozen members including Team GB player and SDSA ambassador, Aaron Phipps.

Solent Ski Club

We are a Southampton based self-governing ski club, run entirely by volunteers, and aim to deliver high quality ski  guidance as a means of providing greater independence and enjoyment for skiers with disabilities.

We meet on the second SUNDAY of every month (except Aug) at the Alpine Centre, Sports Centre, Bassett, Southampton. SO16 7AY.
