At St Mary’s on a Match Day

This page will include any information that will help supporters attending home games, and will updated as we have discussions with Southampton FC.

Refreshments

Every refreshment point within the stadium concourses should now have a dedicated lane to a lower counter for disabled supporters.

Toilets

There are accessible toilets outside the stadium near to the Megastore and the Ticket Office.

There are also accessible toilets in every concourse, all are under 50 metres from all wheelchair spaces, and are in pairs so there is a left hand and a right hand transfer.

Accessible toilets are located on all levels throughout the stadium, including adjacent to suites and boxes, as well as near to raised upper decks for wheelchair users.

All accessible toilets are clearly signposted, and stewards are on hand to guide and assist in all areas.

Most of the accessible toilets are fitted with a RADAR Lock, and .although it is easier if you take your own key each time you visit, there are stewards available that can grant access should you find yourself without a key.

An emergency pull cord is fitted in the accessible toilets which is monitored by our stewards.

There is a Changing Places located on the first floor of the Itchen stand which is different to standard accessible toilets, as it has extra features that allow for more space to meet the needs of those who use them. The facility is available for use by all fans.

When purchasing tickets, please let the club know you would like to use the Changing Places toilet, so they can discuss any additional needs and ensure a safe and comfortable experience.

If you would like to know more about the Changing Places facility, please contact our Supporter Services Team on 023 8071 1980 or via [email protected].
