Saints have launched the new Hummel home shirt for 2022/23.
It is a throw-back to the shirt worn in the 1980s, although the red and white have been reversed so instead of a red short with a white central stripe, the new shirt is a white short with a red central stripe and is meant to show a brave new direction for Saints.
The white areas of the shirt have a contemporary geometric pattern which is taken from the iconic stanchions of St Mary’s.
The Saints badge is at the top of the central red stripe, and has Hummel’s iconic double chevron on the sleeves, and the Hummel logo inside the neckline.
The kit has again been produced using Eco8 material made from fabric created using recycled plastic bottles.
But, what do you think of the new home kit?
