We are a Charity!

After a few years of planning and discussing with members of the Saints Disabled Supporters’ Association (SDSA), we have been given Charity Status.

We discussed with members if the SDSA should become a charity, and then the type of charity we should become.

We then applied to the Charity Commission, but our application got lost a couple of times, and a successful application was then submitted at the 3rd attempt.

It took 6 months to fine-tune the application with the charity commission and our members, to make sure everything in the governance document was “charitable”.

But, we have now been given the Registered Charity Number 1207466.
